Health   QI implements technical assistance to help governments and ministries design and implement effective health measures.   QI is active in all steps in the project cycle: identification, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.   QI provides expertise within the following key areas:   • Health policy and administrative management • Population policy and administrative management (social systems for health) • Health personnel development • Medical education/training • Medical services (laboratories, hospitals, clinics incl. equipment and suppliers) • Basic health care • Basic health infrastructure • Health education • Malaria control/ Tuberculosis control • Sexually Transmitted Disease control including HIV/AIDS • Hospital management • Health care reforms
